Then → 🎯 Finish the Start Here: Onboarding Steps in the vault within 48 hours - I’ll be checking, and it shows me you’re ready to grow.

Last → ✔️ Make sure all Welcome Assessments are completed (linked below - if you don’t have all the numbers or details, just flag it to your doctor or check with your teammate's your office gets them all submitted.)

After you complete your questions, a BOOK NOW button will appear:

  • Superstar Community Members Only (group coaching add-on): DCs, use this to schedule your First Team Onboarding Call. This is my gift to you and welcomes your team into the community so you know exactly how to get started. 👉 Choose a time most staff can attend - it will be recorded for those who can’t. (One call gifted per office.)

  • VIP 1:1 Clients: Each C.A. needs to use BOOK NOW to schedule their individual 1:1 first call. In addition, your office needs to schedule one First Team Onboarding Call (all staff together). Only one person should schedule this for the whole office. Please choose a time that most of your team can attend - the call will be recorded for anyone who can’t.

Patient Appreciation Day is one of the most powerful ways to start your year with heart, energy, and referrals.

Many offices run their PAD in January (or as a Friends and Family Day), because it sets the tone for the year… thankful patients, full schedules, and a clear invitation for them to bring the people they love.

 

In this live Mastery Call, you’ll learn how to plan, promote, and lead a Patient Appreciation Day that fits your office, your schedule, and your goals. We will keep it simple, clear, and doable, even if this is your very first PAD.

 

We’ll kick off the call by reviewing pre submitted coaching questions,
then walk through the full PAD training, and wrap with live Q&A plus role play so you can practice the language in a safe space.

 

You’ll walk away with:
