🇺🇸 National Postal Worker Day – July 1
💡 Sample – How to use:
Spotlight the physical demands postal workers face — walking, lifting, repetitive motion, and posture strain. Encourage patients to refer someone they know in that field for a spinal or posture check.
🗣️ Sample – What to say:
“Do you know a mail carrier or delivery worker?
They’re on their feet all day, carrying heavy loads in the heat, cold, and everything in between.
If someone comes to mind, let's take care of them this week and give their back and shoulders the support they deserve.”

 

🎆 July 4th – Independence Day (U.S.)
💡 Sample – How to use:
Create a wellness freedom campaign: “Freedom from pain. Freedom to live fully.” Highlight how chiropractic care supports a free-flowing nervous system and independent living at every age.
🗣️ Sample – What to say:
"Independence isn’t just about a country — it’s about living free in your own body. Free from pain. Free to move. Free to enjoy summer without holding back."
 
🏃‍♀️ July – Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month
💡 Sample – How to use:
Educate on how chiropractic care helps support healthy joints, mobility, and inflammation reduction — even for children. Offer free spinal checks for kids with joint complaints.
🗣️ Sample – What to say:
"If your child is complaining of joint pain or stiffness, don’t ignore it. Their spine and nervous system might be the missing piece to help their body feel safe and move well again."
 
💼 July – Mid-Year Reset
💡 Sample – How to use:
Use July as a natural check-in point: halfway through the year is a perfect time to revisit goals and realign health priorities. Offer a “Mid-Year Reset Check” for current patients + family.
🗣️ Sample – What to say:
"Can you believe we’re halfway through the year? This is the perfect time to reset, realign, and refocus your health. If you’ve fallen off your routine or your body’s been whispering — now’s the time to listen."
 
🏅 July 20–26 – National Youth Sports Week
💡 Sample – How to use:
Promote spinal and nervous system checks for kids in summer sports. Highlight how chiropractic care supports injury prevention, performance, and growing bodies.
🗣️ Sample – What to say:
"Got a young athlete in the house? Their spine goes through a lot. Let’s keep them strong, safe, and in the game with regular checks and care designed just for growing bodies."

💡 Sample – How to use:
Post about common summer-related misalignments: paddleboarding, hiking, beach chairs, gardening, golf, or long drives. Offer mini summer wellness checks.

💡 Sample – How to use:
July is a perfect early opportunity to begin planting seeds for back-to-school spinal checks. Great time to catch scoliosis, backpack strain, or posture issues.

"Don’t wait until the first day of school. Get ahead now and let’s make sure your child’s spine and nervous system are ready for a strong school year."

Create a parallel conversation about protecting your skin and protecting your nerves — both matter for long-term health.

Referral Statement Mastery: How to Lead Referral Conversations as a Natural Part of Every Visit (In Person, Phone, Text, or Email)

 

In every growing, thriving chiropractic office —
Referrals aren’t random.
They’re built into the flow of care.

But here’s what most Chiropractic Assistants miss:
It’s not just about saying a referral statement.
It’s about saying it clearly, confidently — and following it with a direct next step.

That’s what separates an office that grows on purpose from one that waits for patients to “send someone in.”

In this Mastery Call, I’ll show you exactly how to make referral conversations a natural, heart-centred part of patient care — so asking becomes instinctual, automatic, and confident. No hesitation. No awkward energy. Just clear leadership.

And yes — we’ll be doing live role-play.
I know role-play can feel uncomfortable at first, but that’s where real growth happens. When you practice it here, in a safe space, it becomes second nature in real conversations.
